Well,
First of all, thanks for taking the time to answer my questions and orient this newb to Nardil. I know it takes time and effort. I appreciate that.
Stats:
Days taken: 5
Nardil 30 mg, first 2 days
Nardil 45 mg, next 3 daysHypertensive crises / episodes: 0
Benefits: Improved sleep
Side effects: odd dreamsI'm at day five now on Nardil. So far so good, no orthostatic hypotension problems, BP problems, no sexual problems, and really all around no side-effects at all. Seems pretty easy so far, but I know some of the side effects emerge later in treatment.
Only have noticed two things. First, better sleep, my sleep / wake pattern has normalized for the first time in years. This is pretty significant for me. I actually get tired when I'm supposed to and wake up at 6:30 AM every day!
The other thing, crazy dreams! Not necessarily scary, but heavy. I think this is the opposite that's supposed to happen. AD's in general usually reduce dreaming, right?
Anyway, I hope the SE profile stays this benign, because this seems to have promise!
Best,
Matt
