My twitches usually happens when I am most relaxed like before I fall asleep, but there are times when I am relaxing watching TV and out of nowhere I will get a twitch that seems to start at my left or right leg causing my entire body to twitch. My doc stated it is just a side effect of my A/D's. That makes sense because I never use to get them before I started taking A/D's.
