When I start having problems remembering to take meds, it's because I no longer focus on my "problems" in life. Usually, my problems consumed my days. Wondering how I'm going to make it, worrying about side effects of AD's, feeling misearable. A "side effect" of feeling better is having to remind yourself to do what your misery once prompted you to do. Rituals, routines, and habits... gotta get into those to remember.

Does anyone else have trouble *staying* on their medications once they start to feel a little bit better. Sometimes, I just don't take them period, no particular reason, just don't do it. I don't know why I don't, but was wondering if someone could give me some insight as to what my problem is! I even have trouble staying on the addictive ones... I don't hate taking pills, and I'm not lazy. I know I need them, but at the same time I resist it. Odd isn't it?
