Hi Elle.
I think there are many people who have trouble with this but I don't recommend you stopping. I stopped taking my meds (cold turkey) a little over a year ago only to have a bad relapse this year.
Could it be that we yearn to be *normal* and by taking meds we feel that we are inferior to others who don't need them? Just a thought...
