Low blood sugar might be responsible for shakiness and sweating. Euphoria? This can be effect of too high a dose of ADs. Hopefully it isn't Sero. Syn.
I talked to a support group member who had it. It was caused by an incorrect combo of medications. He was near death then hospitalized for months after.
