Do I have SEROTONIN SYNDROME, please help!

Ive been taking wellbutrin 200mg day for about 2 months now. It has caused some minor shakes.
About a month ago I started taking tryptophan and have gradually tapered off the wellbutrin. But since I started tryptophan, I noticed that I feel kind of euphoric, confused, my hands are sweat, and I feel really shaky. Im taking only 2 g of tryptophan/ day.
Does anyone think this is serotonin syndrome?
