> has anybody found relieve ??Sure it works, but it is very addictive. You are better off with Trazadone (generic Desyrel). It works really well and is not addictive. I take 25mg of Trazadone when I have insomnia. Alternatively, I sometimes take two over-the-counter Benadryl, if my allergies are acting up any way. This works pretty well.
