Well, let's look at this way. If you stopped the Lexapro cold turkey today, Oct. 28 (something which I personally would never do, but that's up to you), then waited 2 weeks for the washout, you'd be able to start the Parnate around Nov. 12. Since it normally takes about 3-4 weeks to kick in, there's only a remote chance you'd be feeling better in time for Thanksgiving (at which time, you would almost assuredly be able to give thanks). But most likely you'll be able to really enjoy the Xmas holidays, and feel sufficiently galvanized to go on a shopping spree, and buy a few gifts for yourself.
Good luck, especially with a fast phaseout of the Lexapro.
