lexapro - to - parnate

after about 6 weeks on lexapro 10-20mg i've decided to give up on ssri's & snri's and go to parnate. i'm picking parnate over nardil because i've always felt like i could use more energy. this board also shows better sexual response w/ parnate. my hope is that parnate will be my miracle drug that lets me live the second half of my life happy and successful.
i've read 2 weeks washout lexapro to parnate. i'm wondering if i need to taper the lexapro or just stop cold turkey > the sooner i can start the parnate the better. would like to have full effect by christmas.
