I started @5mg, went to 10mg week 5, then to 20mg at month 5. I had bad se's in the beginning. They were much less severe when I went to 10mg, and I didn't have any trouble at all going from 10 to 20mg. But I really don't see a problem w/ going up slowly, just to be sure. Side effects should be minimal.
