Attempting a switch from Celexa to St John's Wort

I have been on 20mg of Celexa daily for about 2 years and would like to switch to a natural alternative. My question is, what is the dosage of St. John's Wort to match up to 20mg of Celexa?

My hopes are to cut down on costs and, being self-employed, finding better health care. We have been turned down because I have been on Celexa for so long.

Any advice and support is appreciated...
