I'm not sure that any compounding pharmacy can create a liquid hydrocodone syrup(I could be wrong). The homatropine is used in the cough syrup to help dry up secretions associated with a cough requiring treatment. The amount of hydrocodone required to supress cough is much lower than that required for analgesia. Your best bet for pain control would be something like lortab, although you have to watch out for how much acetaminophen you take in, given the risks of liver toxicity.
