Hycodan (hydrocodone + homatropine)?

I'm considering giving this med a try instead of OxyContin when I see my pain doc on Monday. I think I recall trying it in the past, but I can't recall very well... does anyone know if the homatropine dulls the hydrocodone effect or anything? (I know that anticholinergics usually potentiate opioids)
BTW, Hycodan are 5mg hydrocodone and 1.5mg homatropine in the U.S. In Canada they're pure hydrocodone... lucky S.O.B.s. ;-)
