It's like Adderall or Dex w/o side-effects, for the most part. Think of it as a refined stimulant. Truly a masterpiece, IMHO.
Fewer peripherial effects, more central effects, better if you happen to have Excessive Daytime Sleepiness with your ADD... I liked it. Plus, it only lasts like 4 hours, so you feel in control and stuff.
