Have been reading Lexapro thread with interest. First time user of AD - have been on 10mg Lexapro for one month. Minor side effects (thirst, insomnia) do not outweigh benefits so far. Almost immediate positive effect being lifted out of overwhelming anger, depression, and paranoia. Where to go from here? Any thoughts?
