Hey - If you're in the ment-health field, then you know your first angle is.... research. Read everything you can get yer grubby hands on and then talk to everybody. I'm sorry you had a bad trip but I could also kick yer a** for playin with your drug box without consultin your doc - thats why they make the big bucks, all that chemistry classes - that go into safely prescrib for you. So take care of you.... and quit screwin around! :)
> Hi,
> I have had very bad reactions from topamax--due to my own ignorance. I do have a seizure disorder and foolishly played with my dosages too quickly. Fortunately I never came off the dilantin through all of this, so no seizures. I have been experiencing the mood swings, agitation, aggressiveness, etc; both my relationship and job have been risked due to these. Just writing about it my anxiety starts through my chest and shoulders. I am weaning off it through my Dr. and hope the side effects subside. I work in the mental health field and if this is what bi polars experience, I hope that this medication can relieve this for you.
> Thank you for reading my long post
> oh, it has been suggested by my supervisor that i get assessed for possible bi polar hmmmm. so, we'll see when it is all over.
