Hi, this site may help you out a lot:
http://www.psychcentral.com/addquiz.htmI've been where you're at;) I was 16 once:) Is there maybe something at home or where you live that may be causing you to feel this way (no attention span, im easily irritated, impatient, im fidgeting constantly. I noticed that even when im sitting still i'm tensed up, and CONSTANTLY moving some body part)? Because you said once you get around your friends you're comfortable with, you talk. Don't worry if it's too much either-that means you feel good, you feel comfortable-that's what friends are there for-I'd say that's pretty normal-especially at 16.
Have you seen a psychiatrist? From what you say about being on Paxil, I'm guessing you have in the past? How many mg of Paxil were you on? How long were you on it?
Maybe you could see a psychiatrist again? I wouldn't advise taking your friend's meds though-even though you did feel better.
**Barr labs is the company that makes the generic version of the medication Adderall-that's all.
I wish you the best of luck!
Gal

I cant concentrate on anything, i have no attention span, im easily irritated, impatient, im fidgeting constantly. I noticed that even when im sitting still i'm tensed up, and CONSTANTLY moving some body part(every time i sit down i start shaking my leg instantly). The only thing is i'm not talkative at all around people i dont know, but once I get around the friends im comfortable with, i talk TOO much. I also have extremely bad problems sleeping because sudden thoughts come erratically and keep me awake for hours on end.

> Several of my friends have adhd, and I asked one of them if i could borrow 1-2 of his pills since he skips doses occasionally. It was a type of adderall with a /combo BARR in the title, but I can't remember the rest of it. One thing i noticed after taking 30 mg was that I was at EASE for the first time in recent years. I was not moving restlessly, my thoughts came easy and processed, i was able to have a easy flowing conversation with anyone and everyone i talked too(no uneasy silences), it generally just felt like i was normal for the duration of the effects.
