medications causing heart trouble..

I notice when I take certain antidepresants (right now i am on wellbutrin and remeron) they sometimes cause these weird noises from my heart/chest like a buzzing fluttery noise. I have a history of angina and could have possibly had a heart attack before but my heart is supposovly is good condition according to my doctors.
