a little add-on:
I recently found out, that Galantamine is also a potent vasodilator and effetive for vascular dementia. Ritalin is known to be a potent vasoconstrictor. hmm, so it might be a vascular problem I have. picamilone will bring light into this.. (this would explain A LOT)
