No, not Aricept, but EXELON and REMINYL (galantamine). Exelon is quite depressiogenic for me. But Reminyl works a little bit for depression and cognitive performance for me (it is the only one, as far as I know, that also stimulates the acethylcholine-system; have a look at pubmed).
I sometimes use Reminyl to get relief from central anticholinergic symptoms I sometimes get, like the ones from a recent Ritalin tryout. The anticholinergic rebound is pretty ugly for me. Reminyl blew them away within a hour. Maybe this revealed some information....
