He agreed to let me decrease the meds by .5 mg! I am very happy. He doesn't want me off them but I am just glad that we are heading down. He wants to take it very slowly. Thank you all for your support. I'll use the xanax as I need it. I am very conservitive about my usage of it but this may be a time when i can let it work for me. mouse
