My sex drive isn't dead, but it has decreased. If it was at 100% before, it's at 70% now. The biggest problem is climax. I haven't "finished" since I've been on the medication and it's pretty damn frustrating. My girlfriend understands both instances but I don't want my problem to affect her sex life as well.

Hi there, glad the panic attacks are going away. I to suffered from them myself. Im not saying the lexapro is not part of your problem. But sense you were aware that the sexual dysfunction could happen from the beginning a lot of this could be your mind tricking you. I get the feeling even before you start your already thinking about the dysfunction. Try having sex after a good sleep. Your mind is not fully awake and this may help. Use your imagination and find ways to get the end result. I will not go into what that might be here. GOOD LUCK!!!!
