I was recently diagnosed with panic disorder and prescribed Lexapro 2 weeks ago. I was made aware of possible sexual side effects and am now experiencing them. My sex drive isn't dead, but it has decreased. If it was at 100% before, it's at 70% now. The biggest problem is climax. I haven't "finished" since I've been on the medication and it's pretty damn frustrating. My girlfriend understands both instances but I don't want my problem to affect her sex life as well.

Is there anything I can do to help the problem?

On a lighter note....I've finally got the upper hand in the battle with my panic attacks. The stuff is working.

Thanks for any help.
