Oh good, somebody who knows this stuff. Which is best for ADD - cortical dopamine or lower brain dopamine? What mental activities are governed by the lower brain, and how might dopamine affect them?

Thanks - Jemma

> zyprexa reduces dopamine transmission in lower brain centers, but because it is a 5-ht2a antagonist, and 5-ht2a blocks cortical dopamine transmission, it blocks DA in some areas and enhances it in others.
