>Well, I can't say I know too much about Fish Oil either... BUT, I think adding Fish Oil would definitely be a benefit, no matter how well or unwell you feel. It may not be enough to kill the rest of your OCD, but it could certainly help - and is good for your physical, emotional and mental well-being regardless.

Hmm... well, what exactly would be the aim in doing this? If you want more MAOI action, you would simply need to raise the Nardil dose... I don't see a reason to add on another MAOI.

You'd have to twist your doc's arm to get Neurontin? That's odd. I don't know of any literature suggesting an OCD benefit with gabapentin, and there's no reason to believe it would help - but as an anxiety add-on, it could be beneficial.

This one sounds the most promising, to me. Obviously, there's some things you have to consider.. TD, weight gain, etc. But I would seriously consider this one.
