> Hi Ace, I'm sorry to hear your going through hell. Hang in there, hey Ace I don't know if you got the email I sent you from pub med, but it talked about how Low plasma levels of prolactin and low cortisol levels on day one were both significantly associated with clinical response, (I'm not sure in what direction) to intervenous clomipramine at day 14 I don't want to through mud into the wash though it seems you've decided it would be best to go back to MAOI's I'll give you the site though...

> I just started my second day of nardil my doctor wants to raise it from 15mg by 15mg every two days until I get to sixty mg. Maybe I have a selective mem. but it seems most people who are really benefiting from it are on 90mg, do you think 60mg is likely to be a beneficial dose?Absolutely. But we want complete recovery not partial. I reccomend you stay on 60mg for 4 weeks. I am getting excited right now thinking about the happiness your going to feel...and I'm 99% sure you WILL feel it! The Nardil feeling is like no other...I've finally got it back...I'm loving the world!
Enough of that! Stay on 60mg for 4 weeks. Then if not 90-100% recovery ram it up to 90mg.

BTW, things looked so bleak a few days ago it seemed I might have to drop chemistry and physics...NOT SO! My excellant brainiac Doctor (who I have constant disagreements with about theoretical issues! - But I love the guy, and we are right on with the med treatment...well the Anafranil situation was...hmmm...No comment!) is going to give me a special certificate which gives me an extra 2 weeks to study for my physics and chemistry. So if all goes to plan I can sit the exam to study medicine next year as a post grad! BTW, what philosphers have you studied? You were spot on about Nietzsche.
Take care spiritual brother,
Andrew.
