I started at 40 but had to back down to 25. I was getting too much side effects at 40. I tried 18mg and 30... 25 seen to be the best for me...most all the side effect are slowly going away and have been on the Straterra for almost 3 and a half months now. My anxiety level...I realize that I don't spaz out at the slightest thing...and I have it for ADHD. It does take time for this to kick in...and I'm the impatient type...
