Hi Snoozy!try taking a walk somewhere right now; I have noticed that just the physical act of walking itself is an energizer, and the act of getting out of the house helps to disrupt the depression's "in a funk" pattern.
that is a simple quick thing that you can do immediately.
the next step may then be for you to start your own investigation program to research new meds, which you can do right here by posting your symptoms and asking questions; that will empower you and make you feel that you are positively moving forward with a real plan of action!
