Hi, I've been on and off anafranil for past 12 years. It's always been the one drug that helps me sleep and doesn't let me wake in the early hours. Remeron (which I'm also on) woke me at 3am every night. I'm planning on sticking with anafranil for life now, having found it the most effective for my sleep and OCD.
