I have taken Anafranil for 6 weeks (reaching 225mg/day and also 300mg/day for few days) . The only side effect I had were : little sweating , and slight dizzyness from 225mg/day. Regarding sleep , Anafranil did not affect my sleep at all. I stopped after 6 weeks(switch to another drug) since I have not felt any improvement at all regarding my resistant depression.
