I started at 10 and am now on week 3 up to 30 mg. I get minor side effects the first day or so after I up the dose but then they pass. I had a very hard time coming off of prozac with lots of nausea so that could be part of your problem. I would definitely talk to your doctor about going down to 10 mg on the strattera and starting again slowly. Also, there's no reason to go off the Prozac if you still need it. Hope this helps. No, no no. Do NOT take the Prozac along with the Strattera. The two are both metabolized through the CYP2D6 cytochrome pathway of the liver, and there can be serious adverse affects if used together. Paxil and Prozac are not good choices. I would strongly suggest going to your pdoc and getting switched to another SSRI. And don't listen to suggestions of people who don't have medical knowledge.
