You may get some peace of mind to know the signs and symptoms. Are you big on the caffeine thing or smoking ?? A good book is "The Anxiety Disease". It's not a fun disorder and there are many weird and uncomfortable phyical symptoms. I recommend getting as much info as you can from good sources and have good communication with your Dr.

i quit smoking in november and i gave up caffine 1997. i feel i was a healthier smoker.... :)_
i am going to look into that book tho... thanks alot......... :)
