that's just how it felt for me.. eventually I couldn't do that to myself anymore, night after night, taking a pill that made me feel bad. scared, sick, paralyzed, pounding heart. yuck! what an awful way to fall asleep every night.
I found one that was even worse. Doxepin. all docs who use old-school ADs as sleep meds should be forced to endure the experience themselves for a nice long time. Can you tell I just had a bad med trial? well I did.
