I had a similar experience. I couldn't tolerate the sexual side-effects of Celexa at 40mgs so I cut back to 20 mgs. The 20 mgs dose worked very well for my depression. I stayed with Celexa for about a year and eventually gave it up - while the sexual side-effects were only mild for me at 20 mgs, I got tired of even these and opted for full sexual functioning.
