celexa dose

I was put on 40 mg of celexa for depression with obsessive thoughts. I Couldn't tolerate the 40 mg so I cut the pills in half and am taking just half the 40 mgs now. At 20 mgs it works great for depression and my sex drive has returned after a month . I am still getting some obsessive thoughts and they really bother me.....how can I get rid of them....any advice?
