I do yoga and have found it to be a great help. I use A.M. & P.M. Yoga conditioning for weight loss. You can get it online or at Target. I have insomnia and the P.M. portion really helps. They focus a lot on breathing and stretch in the P.M. I find it very calming. I would probably lose weight if I did it more than once a week. I would suggest getting the full yoga set if you can afford it. Target has a good one for $40. It includes a mat, video, bricks, adn a strap. The bricks and strap are for those less limber people like me! You should try it. Start slow, you don't have to look like the people in the video. You will feel it the next day.
