I do try to eat fish fairly often, but there is no way I could eat enough fish to get the amount of omega-3's I am getting from the supplement. Plus, I was already eating the fish when I added the supplement and within a week of adding the supplement, I noticed significant mood improvement.

Plus, I have a question. I have learned that if fish oil is heated, it is no longer as effective. So, with eating fish, does the omega-3 in fish survive the cooking process?
