I take 600 mg/day of Lithobid (which does a good job of controlling my hypomania) and I take an OTC called Enada NADH (coenzyme 1) to treat my atypical depression (low motivation, anergy, anhedonia, hypersomnia) and my dysphoric mood states (extreme irritability). I'm only in the fifth week of my Enada NADH trial, so it remains to be seen whether it will provide long-term effectiveness. Time will tell. But so far, the results have been truly remarkable.

On the one hand, one of the best medications for ADHD is a stimulant, but at the same time a stimulant will destabilize the BP II. What have you found that works?

i wonder if abilify might not be a good drug for Bp + ADD
right now i'm taking ritalin + zyprexa and i certainly dont find the ritalin to be destabilizing me (though it should theoretically)
