Hi NOT...! (You have a much too long name! :-) )
Here's my scoop. I have been depressed off and on for about 20 years.. runs in the family. For the last 4 or so years I have been denying the fact that I needed meds... trying to do it with CBT kinds of stuff. Last fall I starting becoming VERY negative and ended up suicidal. My pastor (who is also my boss... I work at a church) ended up having to do an intervention and got me on meds. I SHOULD have gone inpatient but didn't. I was on 4 meds before landing on Lexapro around Dec. Started on 10 mgs and went to 20, then added the Wellbutrin for sse. I, too, love knowing that I'm not alone, that these side effects are "normal", that some go away... and that the support is out here.
Bozeman is an actual person on this site, but I'm glad to make your acquaintance too!
