I agree with you that Exercise is great for anybody feeling depressed and unmotivated as I have forced myself into the gym for years and it does make you feel good about yourself. I'm curious about this Omego Fish Oil I keep hearing about. Is this stuff really good? Can you take it while your taking an SSRI and a mood stabilizer or will it interfere? Any info you can throw my way with that stuff will be great.Thanks,
