Affective/Mood Disorder Clinics in Ontario:
You must have a referral from your present doctor to be assessed by any of the following clinics. This one-time assessment reviews medical history, present diagnosis and treatment (medication and therapy). Feedback and recommendations are forwarded to your psychiatrist or family doctor for continuing treatment.
