The support groups are mostly "consumer" run, which I have never been fond of unfortunately, because they aren't structured like a "professional" therapy session. As a friend who is also a pdoc put it, you get great support with often bad advice at these. If you are looking for good therapy in Ontario, try Homewood (in Guelph), which I listed, or the Canadian Addiction and Mental Health Centre (formerly Clarke/Queen Street Mental Health) in Toronto. All's you need is the docs referral, and of course being Canadian it is absolutely free. :-) If you need any other resources for therapy, please post and I will post more.
