Mild hypertensive episodes????

I am taking Nardil and twice now have eaten sour cream with an odd result. Both times i experienced mild nausea and inability to fall asleep that night. Am i a head case or could this be a mild form of a reaction to tyramine? Thanks for any thoughts you may have about this, as i have only been on the restricted diet for 6 wks and have lots of questions.
