The same thing happened to me. I was on Prozac, feeling fantastic, then it stopped working and I went into a severe depression and became suicidal. Years later, I am on a lower dose of Prozac and it has started working for me again, but not to the same extent. Funny thing is,I felt invincible on it the first time, and was extremely sexual. Now, I don't feel that and the sexual disfunction has been an issue. My doctor is trying to add drugs into Prozac to kick start it again. So far it hasn't worked. Good luck going off all drugs. I know I can't do that.
