I gained 30 pounds in 6 months when I was on Paxil (2 years). My libido abandoned me too. My PDr. said this past Nov. that Lexapro was the answer . My sex drive returned immediately and I have now lost 11 pounds.
The lexapro however, left me feeling lazy and unmotivated. I was more irritable as well. I stopped taking the Lexapro 2 weeks ago. But you should do well. Give the Medication a try.
