Thanks for the encouragement. Same to you. I got to the gym yesterday and was able to complete my weight routine but barely. Was so tired on the bike, that I stopped after 14 minutes. It was so embarrassing as I was right next to my husband who does an hour everday, at high resistence and high rpm, NO FAIL. I get so jealous of his consistency! At least he's supportive of my condition, but it's difficult.

I'm really scared about the new stuff my doc has me on now. I really thinking about stopping all meds. Luvox was a good med for me for about 5-6 months for me but then it pooped out. I think there is some weakness with most of these meds, but of course, if they help the depression, that's the most important thing, although, like you said you don't want anything to totally wipe out your energy. What's frustrating is knowing when to stick with a new med or not, cause some have start-up sedation that goes away or changes to more energy. I think we athletes are less likely to stick out this period and docs should be aware of this.
