Have your pdoc(s) ever *formally* diagnosed you as bipolar? Or have you yet to see a psychiatrist? You need to get properly diagnosed and stable so you can feel a reasonable certainty about what is going on-and how to deal with it-and what to anticipate in the future (what to look for and expect to happen to some degree). Can you illustrate what your "rapid cycling" is like?
