What a wonderful finding! I can't wait to share this with my therapist. She is a firm believer in meditation and mindfulness. I have ptsd and have a lot of trouble identifying my emotions. So it turns into stress. Every time this happens, I stop, become mindful, and Identify my feelings, and poof, I feel better! thanks! megg
