Hello Paige,
My pdoc recently raised my Wellbutrin SR to 400 from 300, and I did not notice any difference in side effects (or well being). I'm not sure about Wellbutrin's effectiveness, since I still seem to have a disinterest in living while on it, but maybe it's giving me at least enough energy to pursue other options.
For what it's worth, I hope this is in some way helpful.
