I have been on Wellbutrin for 5 years, mostly by itself, but occasionally with something to help with generalized anxiety. Wellbutrin has been a wonderful primary antidepressant, but I think I need an additional medication to control anxiety. Currently I take Serzone in addition to the Wellbutrin.
